Here's How Our Magic Brain Training Method Works...
- Use cloth bedwetting pants specially designed for heavy wetting (Super Undies Brain Trainers)
This will ensure your child's wetness provides a heightened sensory feedback response.
- Sensory Feedback provides necessary neuro-stimulation to help the sleeping brain wake up
- Every three weeks we ask that you diaper the bed rather than the child. Do not use any diaper protection and let them pee the bed.
- This change in the bedwetting pattern feeds the brain new information, which strengthens the brain-to-body connection.

Leaks are not ideal and we work to mitigate them, however they do still serve the brain training method.
Preventing leaks requires a good fit and the right absorbency in the right place. For instance, a girl may need a Training Pad in the center of the trainer, like a maxi-pad, since girls pee centrally downward. While a boy may need an absorbency boost in the front of the training pant, since they saturate primarily at the front of their bodies. Super Undies Brain Trainers have been uniquely developed to customize the placement of absorbency, and to allow for the expansion of absorbency in the cases that require it. The majority of children do not need more absorbency beyond what is included with your Brain Trainers, yet it is possible for your child to pee more than the trainer can absorb.

We received our shipment yesterday and I can’t believe the QUALITY of these undies! I didn’t realize they are all literally handmade in America by at-home seamstresses. Definitely worth the price! Also…we switched last night from disposable pull ups to these undies, and my daughter actually woke up and took herself to the bathroom for the FIRST TIME due to feeling the wetness (without a leak, I might add).

These were a great option to use when we started focusing on night wetting. My daughter felt like a big girl moving away from diapers and into Super Undies. Combining these with one last pee right before bed and she's had many more dry nights. If she wakes up wet, she will take her Super Undies off and put on underware so she doesn't like the wet feeling. They have kept the bed dry, so she's able to go back to sleep. It took me awhile to commit to a purchase this expensive until I realized how much we were spending on toxic waste. After moving forward our son is much happier and confident with training rather than sleeping in a diaper. So glad we decided to go for it!
My 7 year old is still struggling with bedwetting. I am tired of buying pull-ups and so we decided to finally try these. He says they are more comfortable than pull-ups and although I know he will have to use them awhile for us to get our money's worth, I am hoping he won't need them long. They have had some small leakage, but we are trying different folds and number of inserts and hoping that will help lessen those. We are hoping they will also help him learn to stay dry. They are easy to take care of. I wish we had tried them sooner.
Happy to have found an alternative to the disposable pull-ups for my 3 yr old. Bought the big kid pull up trainers and a potty trainer. Love the fun prints. We tried on the bed wetting underwear, but she cried saying it was too thick like a diaper. Giving the daytime ones a try as a bedtime pull-up. Just got the insert to help with overnight. I like how it isn’t a super thick insert. Overall happy with the quality.
I ordered a couple of different sizes for my kids. I recommend trying a smaller size for your kid to help prevent leaks :)

Our 9-year-old son sleeps incredibly hard (through fire alarms, earth quakes, etc) and prior to switching to Super Undies, was dry overnight maybe once a month. His dr says he'll eventually outgrow this problem but it was so disheartening (& guilt-inducing) buying box after box of pull-ups. We have been using Super Undies for about a month now and while we've had two nights where he leaked through and had to change bedding, he's usually dry or mostly dry now. Unfortunately, he still doesn't wake even when he's wet, but we're hopeful that this product will eventually help train his brain to wake up to use the bathroom instead of peeing while he sleeps. It seems to be doing something since he's having mostly dry nights now! Our son is slim and small-ish for his age and wears a size 3 with an added insert.
We haven’t had one leak since using these! They are a bit bulky so we only use one insert and it still absorbs everything! We are happy with our purchase so far.
