Exchanges and Returns

At Super Undies, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and products that exceed your expectations. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. To ensure fairness to both our customers and our business, we have implemented the following return policy:


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returned items must be in original condition, shrink wrapped or sealed products must be unopened. Items need to be returned in a like new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, scratched or missing contents will be denied a return. All requests must be made through our return portal within seven days of package delivery. All underwear products are eligible for return and exchange. Inserts and accessories are ineligible. Customers who received free items as part of a promotional offer, package or special deal must return these items along with any purchased items if they choose to make a return. 

Return for exchange: 

Orders Under $100 are eligible for exchange. 

Orders over $100 must be issued store credit or returned for refund.

You must request a return for exchange through our return portal. You will be notified through email with the approval, and either our label attached or shipping instructions for you. Once we receive the item back and verify the new unused condition we will send out your replacement. 

Return for store credit and get and extra $5

You must request a return for store credit through our return portal. You will be notified through email with the approval. Once we receive the item back and verify the new unused condition we will issue you store credit for the product value less any shipping costs we paid on your behalf, plus an additional five dollars. Store credit allows you to change your color, size, or style. It can be used to purchase additional inserts or accessories as well. 

Return for refund:

15% restocking fee

Choose to ship the item back to us as you please, or for your convenience you may request a pre-paid shipping label for $9, which will be deducted form your refund total. 

You may request a return for refund through our return portal. Any shipping costs we paid on behalf of your order will be deducted from your refund, along with a 15% restocking fee which covers our administrative costs and fulfillment fees we paid to process and ship your order. Refunds are not eligible on final sale items, discontinued items, inserts, accessories, or items that have been discounted beyond 29%.  

  • Items received as a gift are eligible for a gift card refund only.
  • Returns from two separate orders may not be combined into a single package.
  • Original shipping fee (when applicable) will not be refunded when a return is made.



To begin your return or exchange, just go to https://superundies.com/a/service/exchanges-and-returns  Be sure to have your order number and e-mail associated with the order handy! If you don’t know your order number you can locate it on your packing slip or on the order confirmation that was emailed to you. Once you have completed the questions on this link, the proper paperwork will be emailed to you. You have 7 days from the date of the return approval to post the return to the carrier to send back to us.

Please note: We are unable to offer a refund for any items that are not confirmed through our return process or items that are marked ineligible for return.

Final Sale:

Items marked final sale or are discounted more that 29% are not returnable or eligible for exchange.

International Orders:

Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for return.

International orders with a damage, shortage, or quality issue are only eligible for a refund.

Please note: Any return or exchange sent to Super Undies that has not been authorized through our return/exchange portal is not eligible for a refund.
