Worried about getting the wrong size? No Problem! Super Undies offers hassle-free returns. Here are the details… 

Request your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in new, unused condition and free of smudges marks or household smells

Acceptable returns will receive store credit to repurchase the necessary size. 

Super Undies provides a domestic return label to USA-based customers at no charge.

To submit a return request click here, or the profile icon in the store's upper right navigation to request a return. 

1. Log in to your account:

    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click "Submit request".

Return requests are handled manually and may take 1-3 business days for approval.  If your return request is approved then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. This label must be scanned into the postal system within 10 days or receipt. Once the label expires we must close the return window. After the product is returned, you receive your credit in the form of a gift card.

Returned items must be in original like-new condition.  Items that are damaged, unsanitary, smell of household smells such as cooking oils or cigarettes will be returned to the customer. 

Items not eligible for a refund include courses, shipping protection, and final sale items.
