At Super Undies we always want you to be happy and completely satisfied with your order. The craftsmanship and materials of our products are guaranteed for 30 days.

Your purchase was hand crafted by skilled a work-at-home seamstress. She is provided with materials and specifications to create your order. In determining if your order is flawed, we look at Fit, Form and Function. Some examples include... 

Fit - Is the product within the specifications stated on the website. 

Form - Does the product conform to our standards, using the pieces provided by our cutter. 

Function - Does the PUL function in holding back water. Is the elastic retracting to shape, does the snap hold or has it failed and no longer snap. Each component should perform its intended function. 

You may have a loose thread that needs clipped, and does not affect the fit for or function. This is not considered a flaw. 

Fit, Form and Function is warrantied for 30 days of receipt of product. This includes all trims, elastics, and snaps, as well as stitching on all necessary, non-vanity seams. Leaking is not considered a defect for a warranty claim. With a million different kids in the world, there is a chance that your child can urinate more liquid than the diaper can hold, this is simply a matter of flooding the absorbency. If you suspect your child to be a heavy wetter, please consider spending the extra few dollars and invest in Brain Trainers for Bedwetting.  Although they are slightly more expensive, they were designed to hold even when the absorbency has been fully flooded. They can also take more absorbent pads, as necessary.
