Do You Have To Put An Insert In Them Or Can You Use Them Alone?
Chameleon Undies are a shell and insert system. Two inserts are included with your purchase, and you will need to use at lease 1 of them.
There are some products out there that have the absorbency sewn in, but this causes problems.
Sewn in absorbency holds moisture and takes a very long time to dry. It can also build up a smell overtime. By deconstructing the absorbency system in the underwear, all layers are able to be thoroughly cleaned and quickly dried.
Coincidentally, faster dry times also prolong the overall life of the diaper.

The Waterproof Underwear have about 30% absorbency the Chameleon Undies have. They also do not have waterproof gussets, which help hold in wetness at night. They were designed as a discrete option for kids with daytime incontinence, and are not suitable for bedwetting.

Yes they do. If you buy 1 pair you will get two inserts. The 3 pack will give you a total of 6 Chameleon Inserts, plus 3 soaker bombs which can be used if you have a super heavy wetter.
