Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and be unworn/unused and unwashed.
Exchange - Simply return your unwashed, clean items with our return slip, letting us know what you would like to exchange for. You ship to us, then we ship to you!
Refunds - return your unwashed, clean items with our return slip, letting us know if you want store credit or a refund. A 10% restocking fee applies to refunds, which covers the subsidized shipping we paid on your behalf when shipping the original order (cause nothing ships for just $3.95 anymore 😂)

Ordered 2 pairs of waterproof underwear for big kids from superundies and was pleasantly surprised with both the promptness of shipping and arrival and quality of the product. The elastic waist band is incredibly comfortable, incredibly discreet and incredibly protective. Product arrived quicker then predicted and fits really well. Will order again in the future.
Potty training my autistic daughter has been a HUGE struggle. Many tears have been shed (between her and myself). We have been slowly introducing the super undies over the last few weeks. She is very sensory sensitive to clothing so I wasn’t sure how she would feel about them. She hasn’t complained about the feeling or tried to take them off! I love how they allow her to feel wet without leaking. These are definitely helping our potty training journey.
My 3 year old daughter was so excited to start potty training with these. She loves the fun patterns! They definitely stop the pee from dripping on the ground. She can still feel wetness which is good for potty training. Without the insert, the pee leaks through the undies but it does not drip into the ground/couch/ etc. They have worked so well for potty training! I am excited to try the insert for when we are out of the house.
Very nice fitting only took two days Ana’s ny granddaughter was dry at night. She loves the feels of these soft and comfy.
Purchased boys xl w snaps they fit surprising well a xxl would be great I have to be in something24/7 I keep looking down it feels like there nothing Ther u only feel the wasteband no I’m not a child I’m a small adult but I am size 18/20 boys
They look like they are made with good quality materials and are soft for my sensory sensitive kid. This is a great alternative to pull ups. I would like to see more colors and designs for older boys as he was having a hard time choosing one that wasn’t too kiddy looking for him.
My 4 year old is really too big for the cloth diapering , but I am sick of buying pull ups for the landfill. Plus, they are one absorbency only and often leak for her. My husband and his siblings wet at night till around age 8, so I figured the only way I can embrace this situation is to get something more sustainable in case she has 4 more years! Thank you for this awesome product!
We are so excited to start using these washable pull ups! We did cloth diapers for a while for my 4 year old but she is really just past that stage! This site is awesome.
I am beyond thrilled to try these for my autistic son. Pull up/reg diapers are embarrassing for him at his age and very expensive. Plus they leak. I am very hopeful he will be excited to wear these comfortably all night and stay dry.
We had been struggling with finding underwear that worked for our daughter with special needs. Several that we found still would leak and cause her to feel embarrassed and insecure. I am so thankful for the super undies because they are so absorbent and I have yet to see them leak. She feels confident in them at school and can confidently wear them at school discreetly and still remain confident. Thank you again for your amazing product! :-)
We’re so excited for these. They fit perfect based on the size guide and due to the high quality of these I’m sure these will keep the wetness in while training the brain.
We received our shipment yesterday and I can’t believe the QUALITY of these undies! I didn’t realize they are all literally handmade in America by at-home seamstresses. Definitely worth the price! Also…we switched last night from disposable pull ups to these undies, and my daughter actually woke up and took herself to the bathroom for the FIRST TIME due to feeling the wetness (without a leak, I might add).

These were a great option to use when we started focusing on night wetting. My daughter felt like a big girl moving away from diapers and into Super Undies. Combining these with one last pee right before bed and she's had many more dry nights. If she wakes up wet, she will take her Super Undies off and put on underware so she doesn't like the wet feeling. They have kept the bed dry, so she's able to go back to sleep. These have been a great tool in our effort to reduce bedwetting. Thank you!
It took me awhile to commit to a purchase this expensive until I realized how much we were spending on toxic waste. After moving forward our son is much happier and confident with training rather than sleeping in a diaper. So glad we decided to go for it!
