Most orders typically ship in a poly-mailer or priority mail envelope. The return address will state "Laura Woj" and will not reference Super Undies, Special Undies, or Threaded Armor. It will just look like a friend is sending you something, and indeed, she is :)

Don't worry, Super Undies are returnable. We understand that getting the right fit can take some trial and error. As long as the items are in new condition, unwashed an unused, you may return them for a site credit.

Yes they can. Simply flip them inside out and shake solids into the toilet. You can follow up with a diaper sprayer to keep things fresh and clean while they await laundering. 

Wether you are dealing with cloth or disposable diapers, the magic formula is this....
 Absorbency must overpower the wetness output.
If your Undies are leaking, then you are flooding the capacity of the diaper, or an area of the diaper. By using cloth liners in strategic areas, you can fill the gap in absorbency and have a successful diapering career that brings peace of mind. 

Fold Step-up inserts or soaker bomb inserts in half, and use them in the front for boys. Your Adult Nighttime Undies have 4 layers of microfiber absorbency built in. On top of that, you can increase the absorbency if needed by adding Step-up Inserts, although most people do not need to. You may also fold the inserts in strategic ways. An additional insert (Step up insert or soaker bomb) can be folded and added to the front, giving it soaking power where it needs it. 

One of my favorite, less sophisticated tips is this... 
Take a washcloth or two - yup, a regular cotton washcloth, and crumple it up. Shove it down the front of the underwear and call it a day. The various folds of the cloth create space, slowing down a forceful urine stream that might otherwise devise an escape route before an insert can catch it all. Like I said, it's a bit unconventional, but it is very effective.

Super Undies can replace disposables one for one, unless you wear your disposable to catch multiple pees. Than you want to throw another 1-2 pairs in the mix for good measure. Times that by a how many days you want to wait to do laundry and you have your number.

Absolutely. Nighttime Undies make a very comfortable daytime diaper. I like to refer to them as the diaper to lounge around in.  They are the easiest item we offer, because of their ample built in absorbency and easy all-in-one nature. Simply take one off and toss it in the pail, then put another on!

Protective Briefs are the top dog for what we make, They are 60% more absorbent than Basic Briefs, and 20 % more absorbent than Nighttime Undies. If these don't work for you, you'll probably leak through other options as well.  But remember! With Super Undies you can always add inserts!
