Can I return an order?

Yes! We do take new and unused product back, but for store credit only. See, we donate every returned product to a non-profit diaper bank called Jakes Diapers.

We do this for two reasons. Anything that has left our building has had the potential to be tried on, and since we sell products that go on naked butts we want to make sure that everyone gets brand new, never tried on undies. So we DON'T resell items that you return to us, we donate them. This also means that we don't refund orders, we issue credit for the returned product so you can place an order for your exchange. We still may loose out like this, but we feel like it's worth it. Jake's Diapers help so many family, and we're happy to be a part of it.

To Get Started

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click "Start" (If you did not make an account when you ordered, please email This page will not work)
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to send back
  • You will get an email with our approval number and shipping guidelines if your return request is approved. 

Janet's Tips for Returns

  • Although not required we recommend shipping your package with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that do not arrive
  • Include a printed copy of your packing slip
  • Make sure your package is securely closed
  • Write your approval number in sharpie rather than pen on the outisde of your package.



How long do I have?

You can send your items back within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • And be accomanied with an approval number written on the outside of the package.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for returns, we do not take a percentage fee for handling.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipping we paid on your behalf will be deducted from your credit
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • If you received a package deal please ensure all items are present in the return. Missing items will be deducted from your credit. 

How soon will I get my credit?

  • Once your package has been received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s)
  • If your items meet the criteria, we will email you a coupon cope for immediate use. If your items are found to be in questionable/used condition we will notify you and return your package to you via return-to-sender.
